And your meals look delicious, as always. Don't you love those Quorn Chik'n Tenders?! I tried them for the first time yesterday and had to double-check that they were actually fake chicken! I didn't pay much attention to the package - just thought I remembered Quorn being a vegan brand, haha. I even fooled my mother - she helped herself to some of my leftovers and to see if I could get a reaction I asked "That chicken was kind of weird, huh?" Her response was "Why? I thought it was pretty good." lol! Favorite green veggie for me would have to be broccoli at the moment. I'm obsessed!
