That’s a good looking dinner, I totally understand not wanting to ‘waste calories’ on something not delicious. A homemade treat is so much more worth it! For Sunday dinner we had brisket smoked for 14 hours, bbq sauce, potato salad, pinto beans, cornbread, and peach cobbler with Blue Bell ice cream everything from scratch. Except the Blue Bell obviously. Well, this IS Texas,.. Have a good one.

I think your risotto looks fabulous!

I totally agree, what you eat over the course of the week matters more than one day. i try not to be obsess over single days but rather look at the big picture.

My Sunday dinner was not nearly as great as yours. I had a deli sandwich with seitan and veggies, tasty but I prefer home cooked meals any day!
