Very cool that you're trying this and looking forward to reading more about your thoughts and experiences. For me, that dinner salad would have been much bigger. :-)

I'm VERY curious to see how this goes for you! While I couldn't live a raw diet for the rest of my life I don't believe, I can see how having a good bit of your diet raw could be so beneficial!

Going 100% is a brave and difficult decision. I wish you all the best in this.
In case you feel weak, dizzy, or you are in pain, it would be better to stop it, or follow it at a 80% basis

no don't do raw potatoes! raw sweet potato yes, but not the normal kinds.

my suggestion would be you start your day with green smoothies. have a look here for a great starting point - these are easy to digest and filling, and you can add chia gel if you want them to be even more filling.

the thing with eating high raw is that you feel differently - your stomach should feel emptier but that doesn't equate to hungry all the time. it just doesn't have a load of carbs sitting in there trying to get digested. Raw food is fast exit food.

Good luck with the Raw diet. I've committed to a raw breakfast as a sort of cleanse, but don't think I could do too much more ... can't wait to see what your meals are going to be like for ideas.

Jenn,

Have you tried a smoothie or maybe some soup? I'm sure that would help. Also what about raw potatoes of all kinds would be good. Here is a link to a forum, maybe they can help you because I know lots of people who do it sucessfully. I think from the website lots of people do smoothies.

Like everyone else, I can't wait to follow you this week, too! Raw diets are quite interesting to me, but wouldn't even know where to start myself. Maybe you'll inspire me to do a trial, too!

Oh, I'm going to love reading your review on a RAW diet... I'll be honest... I don't know if I could do it. Why are vinegars not considered raw? Crazy!

Good luck and I'll be reading :)
