Q. Are you a real person?

A. Yep.

Q. Are you a doctor or dietitian?

A. No. I don't have any formal medical field training or employment. I'm just a big fluffy chick on my version of a reasonable diet.

Q. How old are you?

A. 27 right now. My birth date is December 12th, 1979.

Q. Where do you live?

A. Atlanta, GA at the moment. Originally from upstate, NY and moving back there very soon.

Q. How much do you weigh?

A. A lot to some, a little to others. LOL

Q. How tall are you?

A. 5'3" and a half! :)

Q. What's your frame-size?

A. I don't know. I have small hands and wrists and big feet. *shrugs* I'll go with large!

Q. What do you do?

A. I'm a self employed web designer/Internet marketing strategist/programmer-in-training/full time nerd. I dabble in a little of everything.

Q. What does j3nn stand for?

A. Just a spin on my name "Jenn" -- the 3 replaces the "e"

Q. What's your marital status?

A. Happily married to the sweetest, smartest, kindest guy in the universe!

Q. Do you have children?

A. 7 furbabies. Kitties!

Q. Why did you make this blog?

A. When I started my weight loss plan, I started keeping a food journal of everything I ate. It evolved from there.

Q. Where do you get your health and weight loss information from?

A. Anywhere that I can. Web sites, books, newspapers, etc.

Q. Where do you get your food ideas?

A. My belly! I try to be creative with foods that I enjoy so that I can get the most nutrition and taste to satisfy my cravings and needs. I also get a lot of inspiration from Food Network, other people's blogs, web sites, and recipes that I stumble upon. I like to take a recipe and make it my own by substituting more calorie dense ingredients for lighter ones.

Q. How long do you plan on following your diet?

A. Forever. My methods are reasonable enough to stick to the rest of my life. I don't plan on doing this to lose weight until I reach my goal and then give it all up, nay nay! I enjoy my way of dieting so much, that I look forward to keeping it up for the rest of my life.
